The 69 year old Kevin Costner is building Film Studio’s at St George in the state of Utah, he is co developing the “Territory Film Studios” with a developer at a cost of 40 Million USD. the studio will have total 152750 sq ft area, in which 51000 Sq ft will house Production warehouse, “70,000 square feet of sound stages, reported Salt Lake Tribunal.
The brand new film studio, named Territory Film Studios, will come near Utah’s Zion National Park in a 500-acre industrial complex near the St. George Regional Airport.
The Film Studios will have a production warehouse for set design, two sounds studios, office space & public tours of the studio for the visitors, in addition the studios will have “Costner-themed” restaurant.
